Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM local time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $35: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $35: Flat rate shipping fee of $4.99
  • Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.



Return & Refund Policy


Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used wipes/towels cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but we will gladly replace or refund defective items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at support@yourbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions for sending back the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
